Parkwise programParkWise permits, signs, and enforcement, 791-507,1 or email web@tucsonaz.gov ParkWise is the City of Tucson, Department of Transportation parking and parking enforcement division. ParkWise is responsible for on-street parking and a number of parking garages and lots in the Downtown area. The Division also supervises both resident and non-resident parking permit programs throughout the community. See Parkwise website. Public TransportationCity of Tucson - The Transportation Department also operates Tucson's metropolitan transit system, including Sun Tran Buses and special transport vans, or Sun Van, for those with special needs. Street MaintenanceCity of Tucson - The Department of Transportation is responsible for maintaining City streets, street signs, traffic signals and street lighting. For more information on the Transportation Department, visit the Department's Web Site.
Pima County - Pima County's Transportation & Flood Control Department oversees County streets and roads, as well as the region's flood control operations.
State of Arizona - The State Department of Transportation maintains the region's designated State routes, including Interstate 10.
SewersPima County Wastewater Management operates the sewer system in the metropolitan Tucson area, including the City of Tucson. For information, please call 520-740-6609. Trash Pickup / LandfillsCity of Tucson - For City residents & business. Environmental Services provides residential and commercial refuse collection for City residents and businesses. Billing for refuse collection is included in your monthly water bill. Call 791-3171. Pima County - Refuse collection outside of "City limits" (Pima County) is handled by Commercial Services (private contractors). Call 791-3171. Brush and Bulky (twice a year)Next date is Aug 09-2010 City crews visit each of Tucson's 26 residential trash service areas twice each year to provide Brush and Bulky collection. Water Tucson Water Department - Provides water service to most City residents and a large number of other area communities.
MetroWater provides water service primarily in the northwest metropolitan Tucson area.
ElectricityTucson Electric Power Company - TEP provides electrical service to most area residences and businesses. Its Customer Service Office is open 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (M-F).
Natural GasSouthwest Gas Corporation - Southwest Gas provides natural gas service to most area residences and businesses. Its Customer Service Office is open 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (M-F).
